SMART Tuition Services

Dear Parents,
Beginning with the 2008-2009 school year, Trinity is using the services of SMART Tuition for all of our tuition and fees collections. Attached is a brochure and enrollment form, and FAQ sheet to help you to understand the program. The collection of tuition and fees has become a very complex process, increasingly difficult for the office personnel. SMART will simplify collections for us, ensure the safety of school monies, as well as give families more options for payment. Please fill out the form and return to school ASAP. Here are some things you should know:

1. All families are required to enroll in SMART. Tuition and fees, including extended care charges, graduation fees, etc. will no longer be collected in the office.

2. If you choose the 12-month plan, the first payment is due June 1. We must have the form by May 9th.

3. There is no additional charge to you for this service. However, there is a $20.00 late fee that will be charged if you are 15 days or more past due. Sincerely,
Neil R. Hammes
Principal

Do you make your own greeting cards?

Would you please make a few extra note cards for Trinity?  The Board of Evangelism sends a note to every visitor to Trinity and we'd like to send it in a handmade card.  Any size will do, but preferably 5 x 6 1/2. Please put them in the box in the school lobby.  Any questions, call Ruth Kutz.

Tuition Info

CHURCH MEMBER TUITION RATE REMINDER
All Trinity Church members receive a reduced rate in their tuition only when they are “in good standing”. At least two worship services as a family with one of them a communion service each month equals “in good standing”. The Board of Elders can change the rate a family receives at any time, given a decreased worship and participation attendance. Another letter reminding you of your current worship attendance will be going out soon. Remember, always fill out the worship attendance sheets at church on Sunday or the pink sheet on Saturday. Any questions, you may talk to your Elder or a Pastor.

Trinity recycles!

We have THREE paper recycling bins in the school parking lot next to the garbage dumpster.  Trinity gets money for the paper it can recycle and keep out of the garbage dump.  Just a reminder:  they can't take any paper that comes from the kitchen or the bathroom or telephone books.  Thank you for helping to save a few trees.

Campbell Soup Labels

We only need the UPC code from the labels, not the whole label. They are void if it’s just the front of the label (we need the UPC part). Thanks!

Fast Direct - Parent/Teacher Portal

Fast Direct is our main vehicle for communication between home and school. Once you are logged on to the system, www.fastdir.com/tbr, you will be able to send messages to the school office, to teachers or to other parents.
You will also be able to view your child’s mid-quarter reports and report cards, see the sports calendar, and view messages for the school office, as well as view your monthly tuition bills and view your financial accounts.
If you are a new parent and you don’t yet have a parent activation code, email the school office. Once we have your email address, we will send you a message with directions for logging on to the system. In the mean time, you may go to www.fastdir.com/tbr and view the public areas of the system.
If you have forgotten your screen name or password send us an email. We can retrieve it for you quickly.
