There are some important items to consider:
2. Our enrollment policies ensure a place for returning students and their siblings only up to February 4th as long the registration fee is received in the school office. After February 4th, we will fill classes with new enrollees in the order that they arrive. The complete and updated enrollment policies are available from the principal’s office. 3. Please update your emergency contact information either though the school office or online through the FastDirect School Information System. 4. If you are a new family please take some time to read the "Trinity Lutheran School at a Glance" page regarding our philosophy, our achievement test summary, and our faculty. 5. If you are not a member of a congregation, and would consider Trinity as your church home, please contact the school office and one of the pastors or myself will get in touch with you. 6. The school calendar shows only the beginning and ending of school, days off, 11:30 dismissals and the like. A more complete calendar including important school events will be distributed in August. 7. Tuition and fees do not cover the entire cost of education at Trinity. Trinity Lutheran Congregation considers the school a mission of the church and contributes in excess of $150,000 per year for school expenses. The per pupil cost varies from year to year as enrollment varies but has averaged over $6500 a year the last several years. If you have any questions, please email our school secretary, or you may email the principal, Mr. Landgrave. Also, please feel free to call, (708) 839-1444, or stop in. |

One way that Trinity accomplishes its mission is through the Christian Day School. Our teachers share the Gospel of Christ every day while teaching elementary subjects for two-year-olds through eighth graders. The students include members of Trinity Lutheran Church, members of other Lutheran churches, and children from the surrounding communities. The school is fully accredited by the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, the Northern Illinois District, and fully recognized by the State of Illinois. In addition to a complete elementary course of study, extracurricular activities in speech, instrumental music and athletics are offered.
Students include members of Trinity Lutheran Church as well as members of other Lutheran and non-Lutheran churches, and represent many different cultures. Members of all faiths are welcome! Families live in several different neighboring communities: Lemont, Darien, Woodridge, LaGrange, Hickory Hills, Justice, Palos area, Homer Glen, and more.
Trinity Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights and privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions, scholarship, athletic, and other school-administered programs.
