CURRICULUM:
The curriculum of Trinity Lutheran School not only complies with the standards of the Illinois State Board of Education but also offers religious instruction, band program through Walther Lutheran High School, computer instruction, as well as a program of physical education. Due to the ever-changing demands of our society, the curriculum of the school does not remain static. Trinity’s faculty is aware of this and in its faculty meetings and in service training sessions gives attention to the most recent trends in American education.

IRS REVENUE PROCEDURE 75-50:
We take this opportunity to inform you that Trinity Lutheran School is in compliance with the IRS Revenue Procedure 75-50.

“Trinity Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, national and ethic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school – administered programs.”

TITLE IX-NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY:
The following “Nondiscriminatory Policy” has been adopted by Trinity Lutheran School and is herewith published at this time of enrollment.

“Trinity Lutheran School believes that educational opportunities and programs should be open to boys and girls on an equal basis, and that employment opportunities be available to men and women equally. This is also prescribed by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

We, therefore, do not discriminate on the basis of sex in administering our educational policies, programs, activities, and employment practices. However, since most teacher education graduates are women, it may be that teacher selection practices result in a slight majority of female teachers.”

Inquiries about the nondiscrimination policies of Trinity Lutheran may be referred to Neil R. Hammes, 11503 German Church Road, Burr Ridge, Illinois 60527.

We look forward to having your children in attendance at Trinity Lutheran School. We welcome them to participate in a Christ-centered elementary education, which will prepare them not only for this life, but also for an eternal life with God in heaven.

If further information is desired concerning the school, please call the school office, or email trinitylutheranschool@comcast.net. A school handbook is available and will be sent upon request.
